The only positive note was the location, otherwise the room had a small bathroom and a tiny sink, a terrible reception service with advance payment which, if I had known, I wouldn't have made it given that in the morning for breakfast it wasn't even possible to get a hot coffee because the automatic machine had no water!!! The manager should have at least made sure that everything was working... instead he didn't even answer the phone...
Hospitality at the top, Francesco was very kind from start to finish, available for our every need. Excellent location for those who have to reach the police station in Tor di Quinto. Good breakfast, and availability to use the coffee …
Lovely stay!|The staff were very kind and helpful, they provided us with everything we needed. Clean rooms with attention to the smallest details, abundant breakfast and beautiful veranda outside where you can relax. We will be back!
We stayed one night for the Maneskin concert. The structure is located on a secondary road so it is surrounded by greenery and quiet with ample parking but at the same time 5 minutes by car from the stadium and Ponte Milvio! the common room …
A welcoming BB on a main road that is easy and convenient to reach. With reserved parking space and truly welcoming rooms where you can feel the cleanliness of the place. Excellent breakfast. The manager Francesco is kind and always available.

In Rome for a competition I found this b&b in a strategic position. Owners very helpful enough to accompany me to the competition venue. Unlimited use of the garden. Decent breakfast available to customers at any time. Spacious room with nineties but functional furnishings. Equipped with courtesy sets.
